Ingredients of Mahkana Bhel
- It’s 2 cup of makhana.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of roasted crushed peanuts.
- It’s 2 tsp of ghee.
- You need 1 tsp of lemon juice.
- You need 1/4 cup of finely chopped onions.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of boiled corn.
- It’s 1 of chopped green chillies.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of pomegranate seeds.
- It’s 1 tsp of deseeded chopped tomatoes.
- It’s 1 tsp of black salt.
- It’s 1 tsp of amchur powder.
- It’s 1 tsp of chaat masala.
- You need 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of cumin powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of coriander powder.
- You need 1 tsp of date tamarind chutney.
- You need 1 tsp of green chutney.
- You need 1/4 cup of fine sev.
Mahkana Bhel instructions
- Add ghee in a Kadhai add makhana then in a owl mix all the dry spices, when the makhana toasted well add the mix spices mix it very well.
- Roast the makhana in the spices until it coated well then take it out on a bowl, now add chopped onions, green chillies.
