Ingredients of Healthy muffins

  1. Prepare 1.5 cup of maida.
  2. It’s 1 tsp of baking powder.
  3. It’s 1/2 tsp of baking soda.
  4. You need 1 cup of icing sugar.
  5. You need 1 drop of vanilla extract.
  6. You need 1 pinch of salt.
  7. You need 2 of eggs.
  8. You need 1 tsp of baking jel.
  9. Prepare 50 gm of all types seeds(flax seed,magaz,sesme seeds etc).
  10. Prepare 50 gm of oil or butter.

Healthy muffins step by step

  1. In a bowl add egg,sugar,beat it with the help of beater. 2 mins..
  2. Add vanilla,oil beat it 1 mins,.
  3. Add jel beat it..
  4. Now add maida, baking powder and soda,mix it..
  5. Now pour it in the muffins mold..
  6. Sprinkle seeds on it..
  7. Keep it in the preheated oven at 180 for 20 mins..
  8. Then take it out..
  9. Lets it cool..
  10. It is ready to eat..
