- Prepare 1.5 cup of maida.
- It’s 1 tsp of baking powder.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of baking soda.
- You need 1 cup of icing sugar.
- You need 1 drop of vanilla extract.
- You need 1 pinch of salt.
- You need 2 of eggs.
- You need 1 tsp of baking jel.
- Prepare 50 gm of all types seeds(flax seed,magaz,sesme seeds etc).
- Prepare 50 gm of oil or butter.
Healthy muffins step by step
- In a bowl add egg,sugar,beat it with the help of beater. 2 mins..
- Add vanilla,oil beat it 1 mins,.
- Add jel beat it..
- Now add maida, baking powder and soda,mix it..
- Now pour it in the muffins mold..
- Sprinkle seeds on it..
- Keep it in the preheated oven at 180 for 20 mins..
- Then take it out..
- Lets it cool..
- It is ready to eat..
