- Prepare 1 Cup of Milk.
- It’s 2-3 tbsp of Oats.
- You need 1 tbsp of Sugar/ Honey (i have not used).
- Prepare as required of Almond Flakes.
- Prepare 2-3 chopped of Pitted Dates.

- In a Pan take milk and bring it to a boil..
- Add oats to it and mix well..
- Add chopped dates to milk. Cover it and cook for about 3-4 minutes..
- And it's Done. Switch Off the flame and pour it in a bowl.Garnish with Almond flakes and serve..
