  1. It’s of condensed milk.
  2. It’s of Oatmeal.
  3. Prepare of Shredded coconut.
  4. It’s of Optional nuts and dates.

  1. Empty the condensed milk in a bowl.. No Bake - Oatmeal Energy Balls
  2. Add oatmeal and mix it well.. No Bake - Oatmeal Energy Balls
  3. You can add crushed nuts and dates to you choice..
  4. Mix the batter well and make small balls. Roll it over shredded coconut. And put it in cupcake liner and freeze for 2-3 hours. And your Oatmeal Enegy Balls are ready to serve..
  5. Note: you can replace the condensed milk with honey or mashed dates (khajoor).
