  1. It’s 3 of grated apple.
  2. You need of PANCAKE.
  3. It’s 2 cup of flour.
  4. It’s 1/2 tsp of baking powder.
  5. You need 1/4 cup of sugar.
  6. You need 2 of eggs.
  7. It’s 1/2 tsp of salt.
  8. It’s 1 1/2 cup of milk.
  9. It’s of GARNISH OPTION.
  10. Prepare 1 dash of icing sugar.
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp of honey.
  12. Prepare 1 tbsp of sultanas or raisin.
  13. Prepare 1 tbsp of almond slice.
  14. You need 1 tbsp of dried apricot.

Apple Pancake / Diet Breakfast instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients then add add in wet ingredients.
  2. Grated apple and add onto batter and mix welll.
  3. Add a little of butter on a non stick pan then Spoon 2tbsp of apple pancake batter on a pan and let it set and lightly brown at the edge about 4 to 5 minute.
  4. Turn over and lightly press the pancake then cook for another 3 to 4 minute.
  5. Serve top icing sugar and honey with some dried fruits optional.
