Ingredients of Walnut Chocolate cake
- Prepare 11/2 cups of wheat.
- Prepare As required of Icing sugar.
- You need 1 tsp of baking soda and powder.
- It’s 2 of eggs.
- Prepare As required of milk.
- Prepare As required of Oil.
- You need As required of butter.
- You need 1 pinch of salt.
- It’s 3 tbsp of cocoa powder.
Walnut Chocolate cake instructions
- In a mixing bowl add 2 eggs and icing sugar and beat well..
- Preheat a kadai for 10 mins..
- In another bowl seive wheat flour, baking powder,baking soda, salt, cocoa powder and mix well..
- Add milk as required and mix in round-cut method..
- Add in the beated egg and icing sugar and mix again..
- Add walnuts..
- Grease cake mould with butter, ghee or oil..
- Put butter paper and grease well..
- Transfer the cake batter to the mould and tap untill it has no bubbles..
- Put it in the kadai for 20 to 25 mins on a low flame..
- Check it with a toothpick..
- Let it cool down..
- Melt chocolate through double boiling process..
- And lather it in good quantity on the cake..
- Sprinkle some walnut..
- I also make cupcakes of the remaining cake batter.
