  1. You need 1 bag of fresh/frozen spinach.
  2. It’s 1 can of artichoke hearts.
  3. Prepare 1 cup of parmesan cheese.
  4. You need 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
  5. It’s 8 oz of cream cheese.
  6. Prepare Pinch of cayenne.
  7. You need to taste of Salt & pepper.
  8. It’s 1/2 stick of butter.

Easy Spinach Artichoke Dip instructions

  1. Melt butter in sauce pan, add cayenne pepper.
  2. Once melted add spinach and artichoke hearts.
  3. Once spinach/artichoke is simmering, mix in cream cheese (heat should be on low/med).
  4. Mix in 1/2 cup of parmesan (set aside other half for topping).
  5. Mix in mozzarella cheese and salt & pepper.
  6. Put mixture into a baking dish, top with rest of parmesan..
  7. Bake at 350°F, covered, for 35 min!.
  8. Serve with bagel chips, bread slices, or tortilla chips.
