  2. Prepare of milk.
  3. It’s of sugar.
  4. Prepare of cardamom powder.
  5. You need of For garnish.
  6. You need of Some Chopped almonds and saffron.

Healthy palm shake instructions

  1. Wash date palm with water.
  2. In a deep pan boil milk add dates in it,boil till dates becomes soft.
  3. Cool and grind milk and dates in mixer grinder,add sugar, cardamom powder.
  4. Seive the mixture.
  5. Pour in glass, garnish chopped almonds,pista,and saffron strands.
  6. Serve hot or cold.
