- It’s of date palm seedless.
- Prepare of milk.
- It’s of sugar.
- Prepare of cardamom powder.
- You need of For garnish.
- You need of Some Chopped almonds and saffron.
Healthy palm shake instructions
- Wash date palm with water.
- In a deep pan boil milk add dates in it,boil till dates becomes soft.
- Cool and grind milk and dates in mixer grinder,add sugar, cardamom powder.
- Seive the mixture.
- Pour in glass, garnish chopped almonds,pista,and saffron strands.
- Serve hot or cold.
