Ingredients of Vickys Fruit Puree Ice Lollies, Gluten, Dairy, Egg & Soy-Free
- Prepare 130 grams of hulled strawberries.
- Prepare 1 of mango, peeled & stoned.
- You need 130 grams of blackcurrants.
- Prepare 3 of kiwi fruits, peeled.
- You need 2 1/2 tsp of icing sugar.

- Put the fruits seperately through a blender with half a tsp of icing sugar each until smooth, add a little water if mix is too thick. Kiwi needs 1 tsp.
- Spoon into yogurt pots or ice lolly moulds until 2 thirds full. If using a yogurt pot you need something to use as a lolly stick though you can buy packs of these cheaply..
- Freeze overnight and remove from moulds by running them under warm water until loose.
