- Dry roast oats and all the seeds. In a food processor chop the nuts as per your choice..
- Allow all the ingredients to cool down completely. Once cool down add dates and mix all the ingredients together. Add honey as required and mix well with spatula and do not use hand..
- Strain a fresh yogurt with cheese cloth for about 45 mins. Add walnut paste and wild honey. Give. Nice mix and refrigerate for about an hour..
- Make cups with the nutri mixture and set for about 20 mins. Remove the cups and fill with walnut yogurt. Have it either in breakfast or as snack..
- Note: Do not use raising when you use cups. Add more nuts and seeds and reduce dry fruits. For bars you can use more dryfruit. Wild honey has more pollen and it's really good and tastiest. So try using it else you can use any honey..
