Ingredients of Rainbow Butter Cake
- You need 230 g of flour.
- You need 250 g of unsalted butter.
- Prepare 4 of large Eggs.
- It’s 1 tsp of Baking powder.
- It’s 200 g of sugar.
- It’s 3 of different food colouring.
Rainbow Butter Cake instructions
- Combine sugar and butter in a mixer.
- Ad the eggs one by one and continue mixing.
- Add the flour plus baking powder.
- Use 3 different colours…portion batter in 3 bowls and mix each colour on each batter.
- Spread evenly and bake for 160 for 60 mins.
