Gappa gotala instructions
- For gollgappa: knead dough and leave it for 30 minute. Dough should not be too hard nor soft.cover with wet cloth. Make a thin big roti. Cut with big cutter. Deep fry the gappa one by one..
- For tamarind chutney: in a pan add all the ingredients and cook till chutney thick..
- For date chutney: blend all the ingredients and then cook till chutney thick..
- For green chutney: blend all the ingredients and pour in bowl. Green chutney is ready..
- For sweet yogurt: beat the yogurt with sugar and pour in bowl. Sweet yogurt is ready..
- Assembling: place one gappa in a serving plate. Add in chickpeas and potatoes. Drizzle tamarind chutney, green chutney anddate chutney. Lastly pour sweet yogurt. Sprinkle crushed papri, sweet chilli sauce, chaat masala, sev and coriander leave. Serve.
