Mix lentil dahi bhalla. Dahi Vada or Dahi Bhalle is a popular North Indian dish in which lentil fritters are added into yogurt and a delicious flavourful entree is created. I used Asafoetida, Cumin powder, salt, pepper, curry leaves, cilantro, chopped onions and shredded coconut. You can also use a hand mixer here or use your hands and mix with a whisk/spoon.

- Take a bowl and add lentils.wadh and soak them for 4 hours..
- Now crush in mixie to make paste..
- Now in paste add salt,hungry chilli paste and mix well the batter,mix batter with spoon in one direction to make it light and fluffy.for that shake better well and well..
- Now take another bowl and add yogurt to it.then add sugar powder,salt and mix well..
- Now heat oil in kadai and fry bhallas..
- Now keep them in water.then remove excess water and for serving put bhslla in serving bowl..
- Now add green chutney,date tamarind chutney,lots of sweet yogurt,chat masala cummin powder,red chilli powder and serve it.a.
