Ingredients of Rum balls

  1. It’s 200 gm of dark chocolate spong cake.
  2. Prepare 2 1/2 tbs of condensed milk.
  3. It’s 50 gm of melted dark chocolate.
  4. Prepare 2 tbs of dark rum.
  5. You need 2 tbs of Chopped walnuts.
  6. It’s as needed of Icing sugar.
  7. It’s 150 gm of dark chocolate.

Rum balls instructions

  1. Grind the dark chocolate spong in grinder and take out in bowl.
  2. Add condensed milk, melted dark chocolate, dark rum, butter, and milk mix all togather.
  3. Dust some icing sugar on hand and make 1 inches balls and refrigerate it for about 10 min..
  4. Coat the rum balls in melted dark chocolate, using a fork and coat it well..
  5. Drip excess chocolate put cherry on the top.
  6. Refrigerate it for another 5 to 8 min. And it's ready to be serve..
