Ingredients of Rum balls
- It’s 200 gm of dark chocolate spong cake.
- Prepare 2 1/2 tbs of condensed milk.
- It’s 50 gm of melted dark chocolate.
- Prepare 2 tbs of dark rum.
- You need 2 tbs of Chopped walnuts.
- It’s as needed of Icing sugar.
- It’s 150 gm of dark chocolate.
Rum balls instructions
- Grind the dark chocolate spong in grinder and take out in bowl.
- Add condensed milk, melted dark chocolate, dark rum, butter, and milk mix all togather.
- Dust some icing sugar on hand and make 1 inches balls and refrigerate it for about 10 min..
- Coat the rum balls in melted dark chocolate, using a fork and coat it well..
- Drip excess chocolate put cherry on the top.
- Refrigerate it for another 5 to 8 min. And it's ready to be serve..
