  6. You need 20 g of brown sugar.
  7. You need of Dry ingredients.
  8. It’s 120 g of oat flour (make it by blend oats in high speed blender).
  9. It’s 80 g of oats.
  10. You need 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
  11. You need 1 tsp of cinnamon ground.
  12. It’s 0,5 tsp of nutmeg.
  13. It’s 2 tsp of baking powder.
  14. Prepare 3/4 tsp of baking soda.
  15. Prepare 0,5 tsp of salt.
  16. It’s 50 g of raisin.
  17. Prepare 50 g of nuts of choices.

These carrot muffins are my favorite snack during the day. These muffins are yummy (and fat free). Don't be put off by the fact that they contain baby food! I have been wanting to make muffins forever!!

  1. Preheat the oven to 180deg C.
  2. Wet ingredients: whisk the eggs for about 15 seconds and add the remaining wet ingredients. Stir until well combine..
  3. Dry ingredients: combine all the dry ingredients..
  4. Combine both wet and dry ingredients, mix until everything well incorporated. Don't over mixed it..
  5. Pour it to the muffin pan and bake for 25 minutes. Do the toothpick test..
