Ingredients of Dairy and Gluten free Melktert

- It’s 250 ml of Sugar.
- Prepare 75 ml of Dairy free Margarine (melted).
- It’s 250 ml of Gluten free Cake Flour.
- Prepare 5 ml of Baking Powder.
- Prepare 1 pinch of Salt.
- You need 1 liter of Rice Milk.
- You need 5 ml of Vanilla Essence.
- You need of Ground Cinnamon.
Dairy and Gluten free Melktert step by step
- Preheat oven to 180°C..
- Beat egg yellows, sugar and margarine until creamy..
- Sive Gluten free Cake Flour, Baking Powder and salt. Add into egg mixture and mix well..
- Add Milk and Vanilla Essence to egg mixture and mix well..
- Whip egg whites to stiff peaks..
- Fold egg whites into milk mixture..
- Place liquid into a greased 2 liter bowl. Sive over Ground Cinnamon..
- Bake for 40-50min on 180°C..
- Serve warm or cold.
