- It’s 1 cup of semolina.
- It’s 1/4 cup of gram flour.
- You need leaves of Abit of fresh fengreek.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- You need 1 of small onion chopped.
- You need 2 of fresh white corn grated.
- Prepare of Chopped coriander.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of ginger,garlic chilli paste.
- Prepare of Abit sugat.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of oil.
- Prepare of Some sesame seeds.
- Prepare leaves of Few curry.
- It’s 1/2 cup of yogurt.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
- You need 1 tsp of Eno.
- It’s of Mini individual bundt pan.
- You need of Little whole cumin.
- You need 1 tbsp of oil for tempering.
Savoury Corn bundt cakes step by step
- Take the semolina,gram flour & all the other ings & mix in a bowl. Except the Sesame seeds & eno.
- Add the chopped dhania & fenugreek leaves & mix. Cover & Let this mixture stay covered for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours mix again. Do a tempering of little whole cumin& curry leaves. Pour in the batter & add the eno. Mix vigorously so you get bubbles..
- Take the pan,in each bundt case put some sesame seeds. Then pour the batter in each case.
- Once poured bake in a pre heated oven @160°c for 15-20 mins or till done.
- Once cool remove from the pan, transfer to a plate & enjoy this yummy snack.
