  7. Prepare of Chopped coriander.
  8. It’s 1/2 tsp of ginger,garlic chilli paste.
  9. Prepare of Abit sugat.
  10. Prepare 2 tbsp of oil.
  11. Prepare of Some sesame seeds.
  12. Prepare leaves of Few curry.
  13. It’s 1/2 cup of yogurt.
  14. Prepare 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
  15. You need 1 tsp of Eno.

Savoury Corn bundt cakes step by step

  1. Take the semolina,gram flour & all the other ings & mix in a bowl. Except the Sesame seeds & eno.
  2. Add the chopped dhania & fenugreek leaves & mix. Cover & Let this mixture stay covered for 2 hours.
  3. After 2 hours mix again. Do a tempering of little whole cumin& curry leaves. Pour in the batter & add the eno. Mix vigorously so you get bubbles..
  4. Take the pan,in each bundt case put some sesame seeds. Then pour the batter in each case.
  5. Once poured bake in a pre heated oven @160°c for 15-20 mins or till done.
  6. Once cool remove from the pan, transfer to a plate & enjoy this yummy snack.
