Ingredients of Watermelon cake
- Prepare 1 of medium sized watermelon.
- You need 1 of .cup of maida.
- It’s 1 cup of sugar.
- It’s 1 tbspn of baking powder.
- Prepare 1/2 of cup of sooji.
- You need As needed of Dry fruits (walnuts, cashew).
- You need As needed of Coconut crumbs.
- It’s 1 cup of Chocolate syrup.
Watermelon cake instructions
- Cut the watermelon into small cubes removing the shell..
- Blend the watermelon into amputee and pass through a strainer for removing the seeds..
- Mix Maida,sugar and butter on a mixing bowl.Add sooji and baking powder. Finally add watermelon puree and mix well to make a smooth batter..
- Take a round greased container and pour in the batter..
- Bake in a micro oven for 4minutes in a moderate temperature. Keep inside warm for another five minutes..
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool in room temperature. Turn the container upside down on a plate and pat gently to bring out the cake.
- Overturn the cake and top up with the dry fruit and coconut crumbs and chocolate syrup..
- Serve thereafter..
