- You need of garlic, peeled and crushed.
- It’s of hemp seeds or walnuts.
- Prepare of Juice of 1 lemon.
- It’s of salt.
- Prepare of Generous pinch black pepper.
- Prepare of chilli flakes.
- Prepare of extra virgin olive oil.

- Put everything in a blender and blend til it’s a smooth-ish paste. Add more seasoning/ more oil as needed..
