Ingredients of Chocotruffle Biscuit cake
- It’s 250 ml of Fresh cream.
- It’s 200 GMS of dark chocolate.
- It’s 8-10 of Marie biscuits into pieces.
- Prepare 1/2 bowl of walnuts crushed.
- You need of few whole to decorate cake.
- You need 1 tbsp of butter.
Chocotruffle Biscuit cake step by step
- Prepare ganache by heating cream till bubbles arrive..
- Now pour dark chocolate over it..
- Swtich off gas, add butter..
- Let it sit till chocolate melts..
- Give it a good stir and your ganache is ready.
- Let it cool a little and assemble..
- Line a cake tin with parchment..
- Spread late today biscuits and pour ganache over it..
- Spread walnuts and biscuits and again a top layer of ganache..
- Decorate with walnuts..
