Ingredients of Vickys Easter Carrot Cake Overnight Oats, GF DF EF SF NF
- It’s of gluten-free rolled oats.
- Prepare of light coconut milk.
- It’s of small carrot, grated / shredded.
- You need of raisins.
- It’s of ground cinnamon.
- Prepare of vanilla extract.
- Prepare of ground ginger.
- You need of pineapple tidbits or maple syrup to sweeten.
- It’s of chopped walnuts / pecans – optional.
Vickys Easter Carrot Cake Overnight Oats, GF DF EF SF NF step by step
- Simply combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix together well.
- Divide between 2 or 3 containers, cover and let sit in the fridge overnight so the oats absorb the milk.
- In the morning, stir and enjoy, topped with some extra grated carrot!.
- This is just as delicious cooked through like ordinary porridge. Throw it all in a saucepan and simmer until thickened.
