  5. Prepare of Margarine.

  1. Cut a slice of bread in half..
  2. Stand the half slice on its side with the crust at the bottom. Slice into two, but not all the way, just nearly to the crust..
  3. Note: Do not slice all the way down to bottom! Leave a connection..
  4. Cut the ham and cheese into halves..
  5. Open the bread and spread with mayonnaise (as much as you want.).
