Super Easy Brownie Cheesecake. These Keto Cheesecake Brownies combine two of my favorite desserts. They are super easy to make, moist, fudgy, and completely grain-free. Too much swirling actually won't end up in a pretty swirly top, but more in a paler all-in-one-brown mix!
Ingredients of Super Easy Brownie Cheesecake
- Prepare of Prepared brownies (enough to fill a 8X8 pan).
- Prepare of Butter cooking spray.
- You need 1 package of (8 ounce)cream cheese, softened.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of sugar.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- It’s 1 of egg.
- It’s 1/3 cup of peanut butter chips.
Spread the brownie batter evenly into the prepared pan. Using an electric mixer, beat together the cream cheese, egg and sugar until smooth. Dollop the cream cheese mixture on top of the brownie batter. Dot the cheesecake with the remaining brownie batter; use a knife to swirl the cheesecake and top brownie layer.

- In a large bowl combine with an electric mixer your cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract and egg, beat until creamy……..

- Carefully spread cream cheese mixture over brownies, top with an additional handful of peanut butter chips………
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes……..
- Cool thoroughly, then either serve and enjoy or place in fridge overnight…….
