  5. Prepare 2 tbsp of flaxseed.
  6. It’s 3 tbsp of coconuts oil.

Bliss balls instructions

  1. Chopped all ingredients. Bliss balls
  2. Add coconuts oil.
  3. Make balls and put shred coconuts outside.
  4. Save in freezer or fridge for 2 hours..
