Ingredients of Gluten free crispy cake rusk
- Prepare 1 1/2 cup of Gluten free flour.
- It’s 2 tsp of Baking powder.
- Prepare 100 gram of Icing sugar.
- It’s 1 pinch of Food color.
- It’s 2 of Eggs.
- It’s 100 gram of Butter /oil.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of Vanilla essence.
- You need 1 pinch of Salt.
Gluten free crispy cake rusk step by step
- Take a bowl add butter and icing sugar beat well for 5-7minutes..
- Add eggs and 1/2 tbs flour beat well for 10 minutes..
- Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp and food color and beat well..
- Add flour 100 grams, salt, baking powder mix it (mix it in one direction with spoon)..
- Grese the mould put butter paper and add better..
- Preheat oven 180c for 5 minutes and after that bake at 170 c for 35 minutes after baking let them cool. Cut the rusk slices..
- And bake on180 c for 20 minutes each side(total minutes 40)crispy cake rusk is ready..
