Ingredients of Quick energy balls
- Prepare 10-15 of dates.
- You need 10-12 of roasted almonds.
- It’s 5-6 of pistachios.
- You need 4-5 of walnuts.
- It’s 2-3 tsp of honey.
- It’s 10-12 of cashews.
Quick energy balls instructions
- Roast and make crumbled pieces of dry fruits.
- Grind all in the blender..
- Can add 2 spoon jaggery,it's optional.
- Take out mix well with honey..
