Ingredients of Smoked Hamloaf
- You need of ground pork.
- It’s of ground ham.
- Prepare of saltine crackers.
- You need of eggs.
- It’s of cider vinegar.
- It’s of brown sugar.
- It’s of yellow mustard.
Smoked Hamloaf step by step
- In a large mixing bowl mix ham pork eggs and crackers.
- Form into loaf.
- Place in 225°smoker or a 350° oven until internal temp of 170° is reached.
- While coking ham loaf make a glaze out of cider vinegar mustard and brown sugar. Sorry I don't have measurements as I typically just throw things together. You want kind of a maple syrup consistency. Baste last 30 min with mixture.
