- You need For of soaking dry fruits–.
- Prepare 1 cup of red wine.
- You need 2 tbsp of black raisins.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of cranberries.
- You need 2 tbsp of dates chopped.
- It’s 2 tbsp of cherries.
- You need 2 tbsp of blackberries.
- Prepare for of cake batter–.
- It’s 2 cups of maida.

- Prepare 1 cup of brown sugar.
- It’s 2/3 cup of olive oil.
- You need 1.5 cup of warm water.
- It’s 1/4 tsp of nutmeg powder.
- It’s 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder.
- You need 1 tsp of vanilla essence.
- It’s 1 tsp of orange zest.
- It’s Pinch of salt.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of chopped almonds.
- You need 1 tbsp of chopped walnuts.

- Prepare 1 tbsp of caramel sauce.

Vegan Red wine and raisins cake(eggless) with wine glaze step by step
- Firstly, soak dry fruits in alcohol overnight..
- Take warm water, powdered brown sugar and oil and blend. Then add orange zest and vanilla essence..
- Sieve plain flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, cardamom powder and salt..
- Blend till the batter is combined and add squeezed dry fruits, almonds and walnuts to the wet ingredients and gently mix. Transfer the cake batter into the cake mould..
- Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 40 min..
- For wine glaze mix the caramel sauce and wine together and pour over the prepared cake piece to garnish..
- Serve warm cake with wine glaze and ice cream(optional).
