- Beat the eggs until fluffy..
- Add in Sugar and Oil..
- Add in salt and vanilla essence..
- Add in grated carrot..
- Mix well..
- Add in the water and milk..
- Finally add in the crushed nuts..
- Set the gas oven and heat it before hand to make it ready for baking..
- Pour the batter into a greased metal tin..
- Close the oven and keep for baking..
- Keep the cake tin in the oven on fire for 45 minutes..
- Make sure the flame is as per your container..
- After the time is up, check with a thin metal fork if the cake is cooked completely..
