Ingredients of No bake mango cheese cake (healthy version)
- It’s of mariegold biscuits.
- Prepare of butter.
- It’s of hung curd.
- You need of condensed milk.
- You need of amul cream.
- You need of mango puree.
- It’s of vegetarian gelatin.
- Prepare of mango cubes in small pieces.
- Prepare of Upper layer.
- You need of mango puree in thin form.
- Prepare of vegetarian gelatin.
No bake mango cheese cake (healthy version) instructions
- Take biscuits add in mixer jar churn it into coarse powder.
- Now add butter to it mix it properly.
- Now place this mixture in spring bottom cake tin with the help of back of spoon press tightly.
- Keep in refrigerator for half an hour to set.
- Now take hung curd mix till it gey smooth add condensed milk and cream now mix it or whip it till it became soft peaks.
- Now add mango puree and gently fold the mixture.
- Take a clean bowl add gelatin powder add warm water it it mix with fork keep a side for 5 min.
- Let it dilute now add this gelatin mixuter in curd mixture mix gently.
- Now take out mould transfer this curd mixture in mould tap a bit and put it again for 3 to 4 hours to set.
- Sprinkle some chopped mango on top layer.
- Now take warm water mix gelatine till it dilute add mango puree to it mix gently.
- Add this mixture to cake and keep in refrigerator for 20 min or till it sets properly.
- When sets properly cut in slice serve chill.
