  1. It’s of mariegold biscuits.
  2. Prepare of butter.
  3. It’s of hung curd.
  4. You need of condensed milk.
  5. You need of amul cream.
  6. You need of mango puree.
  7. It’s of vegetarian gelatin.
  8. Prepare of mango cubes in small pieces.
  9. Prepare of Upper layer.
  10. You need of mango puree in thin form.
  11. Prepare of vegetarian gelatin.

No bake mango cheese cake (healthy version) instructions

  1. Take biscuits add in mixer jar churn it into coarse powder.
  2. Now add butter to it mix it properly.
  3. Now place this mixture in spring bottom cake tin with the help of back of spoon press tightly.
  4. Keep in refrigerator for half an hour to set.
  5. Now take hung curd mix till it gey smooth add condensed milk and cream now mix it or whip it till it became soft peaks.
  6. Now add mango puree and gently fold the mixture.
  7. Take a clean bowl add gelatin powder add warm water it it mix with fork keep a side for 5 min.
  8. Let it dilute now add this gelatin mixuter in curd mixture mix gently.
  9. Now take out mould transfer this curd mixture in mould tap a bit and put it again for 3 to 4 hours to set.
  10. Sprinkle some chopped mango on top layer.
  11. Now take warm water mix gelatine till it dilute add mango puree to it mix gently.
  12. Add this mixture to cake and keep in refrigerator for 20 min or till it sets properly.
  13. When sets properly cut in slice serve chill.
