- You need 1/2 cup of deseeded dates or 3 tbsp date syrup.
- Prepare 1 cup of oats roasted.
- Prepare 1 of banana.
- Prepare 1.5 cup of milk.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Honey.
- You need 1 pinch of Cinnamon.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Fresh cream optional.
Dates oats and banana smoothie instructions
- Heat half cup milk and soak the oats in it so they go soft.
- Into the blender add oats dates banana milk cinnamon and blend well.
- Add cream according to your taste and health preference.
