Ingredients of Apple pie oats
- You need 1/2 cup (45 g) of Rolled oats.
- It’s 1 Tbsp of Chia seeds.
- Prepare Pinch of salt.
- You need 1/4 cup (70 g) of Greek yogurt.
- Prepare 1/2 cup (120 ml) of Almond milk or any milk of your choice.
- It’s 1/2 of Apple, grated.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Cinnamon.
- It’s 1-2 tsp of Honey/maple syrup, or date syrup optional.
- You need of Walnuts.
Apple pie oats step by step
- Place all ingredients into a large glass container/bowl and mix until combined..
- Transfer to a jar or a glass. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. Enjoy ! ❤️.
