  1. Prepare 1 can of condensed milk.
  2. You need 1.5 cup of Oatmeal.
  3. You need of Shredded coconut.
  4. Prepare of Optional nuts and dates.

No Bake – Oatmeal Energy Balls instructions

  1. Empty the condensed milk in a bowl..
  2. Add oatmeal and mix it well..
  3. You can add crushed nuts and dates to you choice..
  4. Mix the batter well and make small balls. Roll it over shredded coconut. And put it in cupcake liner and freeze for 2-3 hours. And your Oatmeal Enegy Balls are ready to serve..
  5. Note: you can replace the condensed milk with honey or mashed dates (khajoor).
