  1. Take a bowl add flour, cocoa powder, sugar& cornflour, and grind in a mixie jar. Make premix.
  2. Now after mixing then strain it well. Then add oil, milk, and water. Make a pour consistency batter..
  3. Now grease the heart-shaped tin with oil and dust it flour. Pour the batter into tin the take any heavy bottom vessel to preheat for 10 minutes.
  4. After 10 minutes place the tin in it and cover with any vessel and cook it on low flame for 35 to 40 minutes but plz check the cake after 20 to 25 minutes..
  5. After 30 minutes my cake was to be ready. I checked it with a toothpick it comes out clean..
  6. Now take the nondairy whipped cream and whisk it on full speed. When it comes soft and stand peaks then it is ready..
  7. Apply the cream on the sponge layers and cover with cream full cake..
  8. Now take one cup of water and 4 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of cornflour. Mix it well and cook it until it becomes a gel..
  9. When its cool down drops the colour and strawberry essence. When it gets properly cooled then spread on the cake..
  10. Make some design on sides of cake and top of the cake..
  11. Now the cake is ready. Take it in the fridge for 2 to 3 hrs. Now ready to serve..
