Ingredients of Dates/khazoor Amla Chutney
- Prepare 6 of amla /gooseberry.
- It’s 20 of khajoor /dates.
- It’s 2 table spoon of crushed jaggery.
- It’s 1 teaspoon of honey.
- It’s 1/2 teaspoon of back salt.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of roasted cumin powder.
- You need 1 cup of water.
Dates/khazoor Amla Chutney instructions
- Wash and steam amla for 4 minutes.
- Deseed then blend with 1/2 cup watm water keep it aside..
- Wash and deseed dates and keep them aside.
- Now take karahi put half cup water boil amla and khajoor.
- Mash with the masher and mix them nicely.
- Now add crushed jaggery stir continuously.
- Add honey salt and cumin powder.
- Mix and cook the mixture till leaves the karahi.
- Off the flame.
- After cool completely put the chutney in a jar..
