  1. It’s of Maida flour-.
  2. Prepare of Powdered sugar.
  3. You need of Cocoa powder-.
  4. Prepare of Baking powder-.
  5. Prepare of Baking soda-.
  6. Prepare of Chill milk-.
  7. It’s of Lukewarm water-.
  8. You need of Oil-.
  9. It’s of Vanilla essence-.
  10. It’s of Vinegar-.
  11. It’s of Non dairy whipping cream.
  12. You need of Sugar syrup.

Black forest cake step by step

  1. Take a mixing bowl,now take a sieve and put flour,powder sugar, cocoa powder,baking powder,baking soda and sieve them all together..
  2. Now take another bowl add ½cup chill milk in it,¼cup warm water,½cup oil and 2tbsp of vanilla essence in it and mix them all together..
  3. Combine both wet and try ingredients together and whish it well so..
  4. Let the consistency of batter be medium thick and liquid and whisk the batter well..
  5. Now add 1tbsp vaniger and whisk the batter very well for 20 to 30 sec..
  6. Now take a kadhai and put salt in it and even place a stand in it and cover the kadhai with lid and preheat the kadhai for 10 min on high flame..
  7. Now take a baking tin greace it with butter and flour..
  8. Put the batter in the tin and put it in the kadhai and cover the kadhai with lid..
  9. Let it get bake for 10 min on medium flame and later bake it on low flame for 40-45 min..
  10. After 40 min check whether the cake is bake or not with toothpick..
  11. After the cake is bake it it cool down completely and remove the cake from tin..
  12. Take non dairy whipping cream and whisk it well thick with machine hand blender for 5-10 min.
  13. As cake is cools cut it in layer.
  14. Then put sugar syrup on the first layer the apply whip cream on it and continue the same procedure for other layer..
  15. At the end layer put lots of whip cream and cover complete cake with whip cream and give smooth finish..
  16. Decorate accordingly.
