Ingredients of Musseli Oats Delight
- It’s 1/2-3/4 cup of skimmed milk.
- It’s 3 tsp of oats.
- It’s 3 tsp of musseli.
- Prepare 1-1/2 tsp of flaxseed (alsi).
- Prepare 3 of chopped dates or figs.
- It’s 1 tsp of raisins.
- It’s 3-4 tsp of crushed almonds (or nuts of ur choice).
- You need 1 tsp of honey or to taste.
- It’s 3 tsp of soaked basil seeds (sabja).
- It’s 1 of kiwi peeled and chopped.
- Prepare Few of Few grapes chopped.
- Prepare As needed of Or any fruits of your choice.
Musseli Oats Delight step by step
- Soak 3 tsp of basil seeds in 1/2 bowl of water.keep aside for 1 hour.The seeds will swell and change colour..
- Mix all the given ingredients together with milk..
- Pour it in a bowl and keep it in the fridge.Or make it and eat it fresh. Healthy tasty breakfast..
- Note-If kept overnight oats and musseli will soak up the milk.More milk can be added if needed..
