Breakfast muffins instructions

  1. Heat a pan 1 table spoon of olive oil chop all ingredient.
  2. Cook for 5 mins till soft.
  3. Whisk eggs and season.
  4. Pre heat oven 180 degrees and spray muffin tin.
  5. Pour mixture into a jug and pour into muffin tin.
  6. Bake for 10 to 15 mins until set cool and place in airtight container.
  7. Eat cold or reheat enjoy.
