  1. You need 1 cup of almods.
  2. It’s 1 cup of oats.
  3. Prepare 1/4 cup of pista.
  4. It’s 1/4 th cup of jaggery.
  5. It’s 3 of deseeded dates.
  6. Prepare 1/2 cup of dessicated coconut.
  7. It’s 11/2 tsp of Ghee.
  8. Prepare as required of Ghee for balls.
  9. It’s 1/2 of teasp. Cinnamon powder.

Healthy oats laddu step by step

  1. Dry roast almond and pista for approx 1 min. In low flame..
  2. Take a pan add 1teasp ghee then add oats and roast for few seconds..
  3. Now mix all the remaining ingredients and churn them roughly into powder. Then make balls by using ghee in you palms.
