Ingredients of Healthy oats laddu
- You need 1 cup of almods.
- It’s 1 cup of oats.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of pista.
- It’s 1/4 th cup of jaggery.
- It’s 3 of deseeded dates.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of dessicated coconut.
- It’s 11/2 tsp of Ghee.
- Prepare as required of Ghee for balls.
- It’s 1/2 of teasp. Cinnamon powder.
Healthy oats laddu step by step
- Dry roast almond and pista for approx 1 min. In low flame..
- Take a pan add 1teasp ghee then add oats and roast for few seconds..
- Now mix all the remaining ingredients and churn them roughly into powder. Then make balls by using ghee in you palms.
