- It’s 50 grams of oats.
- It’s 1 of small Cup Milk.
- You need 3 tbsp of Yoghurt.
- You need 3 of Dates.
- It’s 8 of Almonds.
- Prepare 1 of walnut.
- Prepare 1 of banana (optional).
Healthy oats for breakfast instructions
- Take oats and add yoghurt and milk and mix well.
- Remove seeds from dates and add in it, then add almonds and nuts.
- Leave this mixture on room temperature for overnight (or 4 to 5 hours),in the morning mix gently and add one banana, remaining almonds and nuts and serve… healthy breakfast is ready to eat.
