  2. It’s 1 of small Cup Milk.
  3. You need 3 tbsp of Yoghurt.
  4. You need 3 of Dates.
  5. It’s 8 of Almonds.
  6. Prepare 1 of walnut.
  7. Prepare 1 of banana (optional).

Healthy oats for breakfast instructions

  1. Take oats and add yoghurt and milk and mix well.
  2. Remove seeds from dates and add in it, then add almonds and nuts.
  3. Leave this mixture on room temperature for overnight (or 4 to 5 hours),in the morning mix gently and add one banana, remaining almonds and nuts and serve… healthy breakfast is ready to eat.
