Ingredients of Overnight oats with tropical fruits
- You need 1 of third cup plain yoghurt.
- You need Half of a cup oatd.
- You need 2 of thirds cup milk.
- You need 1 TBS of chia.
- You need Half of a tsp vanilla extract or (a tsp vanilla essence).
- It’s Pinch of salt.
- It’s 1 TBS of honey or maple syrup (I used a tsp honey and 4 dates).
- You need 1 of third chopped pineapple.
- Prepare 1 half of ripe banana lightly crumble.
- It’s 1 of third cup ripe banana. Chopped into little pieces.
Overnight oats with tropical fruits instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a jar. Stir well cover and refrigerated for at least 4 hrs but preferably overnight..
- Serve and enjoy..
