  6. It’s 1 & 1/2 cup of Maida.
  7. You need 1 cup of milk.
  8. Prepare 1/4 cup of Gulkand.
  9. It’s as needed of Few drops Rose essence.

  1. Sieve Maida, baking soda and baking powder. Preheat oven to 180C for 10 minutes.
  2. Beat oil and powdered sugar till sugar dissolves..
  3. Add milk and mix well..
  4. Now add milk powder to oil mixture and mix well..
  5. Gradually add flour mixture and mix..
  6. Mix with cut and fold method..
  7. Add Gulkand and rose essence and mix well..
  8. Pour in a greased 8 inch cake tin and bake in a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes..

  10. Cool the tin on wire rack for 5 minutes.
  11. Invert on a wire rack and Cool for further 10 minutes.
