Ingredients of IMli Khajur Chutney??
- You need 1 cup of tamarind Pulp.
- You need 1/2 cup of water/ as required.
- It’s 20 of Date Palm (Seedless).
- You need of Salt to Taste.
- You need 1/4 of fsp chilli flakes.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Chaat Masalah.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Grated jaggery/powder.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of chilli powder.
- You need 1 tsp of cumin roasted n crushed.
- Prepare 1 tsp of coriander roasted and crushed.
- You need 1/2 tsp of dry ginger powder.
- It’s 1/4 tsp of black salt.
IMli Khajur Chutney?? step by step
- In a large skillet add tamarind pulp, water and date palm and cook it for 15-20 minutes.
- Now add to a blender to blend it, after blending add salt, black salt,chaat masala, cumin coriander red chili powder, chilli flakes ginger powder,Jaggery Powder and cook it for 12-15 minutes on medium flame..
- Remove from the flame and Let it cool.Store in a airtight jar and keep in the frij.you can use it for 3-4 weeks..
