  4. sieve flour and baking powder together twice.
  5. fold into mix with a metal spoon.do not beat or all air will be removed and cake will be flat.
  6. share mixture between two baking tins lined with baking paper.
  7. bake in oven for 15-20minutes .test if cooked by placing a knife into cake.if it comes out clean its cooked.
  8. leave on to cool on wire rack.
  9. when cake is cool spread jam on one side and then whipped cream on top.
  10. put top onto cake and sprinkle with icing sugar.
  11. enjoy!!.
