  2. Oats porridge light brown colour any tak medium anch par bhoun lein..
  3. Garam he grand kar lein..achi trah powder ni bnana..
  4. Dates & almonds b grand kar lein. Achi trah grand ni krna. Atta ni banana..
  5. Bowl mein 3no grand chezein dal ke hatho se mix karein.. 1 tbsp coconut oil dal ke achi trah mix karein..
  6. Balls bana lein. 6 balls bnygy. Tea ke sath serve karein..
