Ingredients of Oats Dates Bliss Balls

  1. It’s of Oats.
  2. Prepare of Black dates.
  3. Prepare of Coconut powder.
  4. Prepare of Milk powder.
  5. It’s of Poppy seeds.
  6. It’s of Dark chocolate grated.
  7. Prepare of Milk.
  8. It’s of Almond and cashewnuts powder.
  9. Prepare of elaichi powder.

Oats Dates Bliss Balls step by step

  1. Deseed,clean and soak black dates in water for one hour..
  2. Make a puree of dates by mashing and heating the dates with the same water in which they were soaked..
  3. Dry roast oats and grind them to make powder..
  4. Add this to dates puree.Add milk powder,coconut powder,nuts powder,elaichi per and poppy seeds.Keep the heat low..
  5. Add in grated dark chocolate.Mix it well. If the mixture is too thick add 2 tbsp of milk. Mix well.Divide the mixture into equal parts and make balls.Roll them in coconut powder..
  6. Serve..
