- It’s 1 cup of wheat flour.
- Prepare 3/4 cup of sugar.
- It’s 1/4 th cup of refined oil.
- It’s 3 tsp of curd.
- You need 1/2 cup of chopped nuts.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of hot milk.
- It’s 10-12 of dates deseeded.
- Prepare 1 tsp of vanilla essence.
- It’s 1 tsp of baking powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of instant coffee powder.
- You need 1/4 th tsp of baking soda.
Healthy Wheat Date Nutty cake instructions
- In a blender,blend sugar,oil and curd.
- Add wheat flour,coffee,vanilla essence,baking powder and baking soda to it. Again blend it for 20 secs..
- Soak dates in warm milk fr 4-5mins then coarsely grind it in a mixer.
- Mix both the mixtures in a bowl and add some chopped nuts to it..
- Transfer the batter to a grease tin and sprinkle the leftovers nuts on top..
- Tap the tin and cover it and bake it in cooker for complete 1 hour on sim removing gasket and whistle..
- After 1 hr,let it cool fr 10 mins..
