Ingredients of Healthy Oats Laadu

  1. It’s of roasted Oats.
  2. You need of Cow ghee.
  3. Prepare of unsalted, unsweetened peanut butter.
  4. You need of elaichi powder.
  5. It’s of Dry fruits.
  6. It’s of cashewnuts.
  7. You need of almond.
  8. It’s of Seeds.
  9. You need of Sunflower seeds,chia seeds,pumpkin seeds,melon seeds.
  10. It’s of mixed seeds.
  11. Prepare of Dates.
  12. Prepare of Jaggery.
  13. Prepare of poppy seeds.
  14. It’s of dry roasted coconut.
  15. It’s of Roasted coconut to roll laadus,rose petals to garnish.

Healthy Oats Laadu step by step

  1. Heat a pan,dry roast seeds and almond cashews for few minutes..
  2. Keep aside.In same pan add 3 tsp ghee,add crushed oats and roast till light golden brown..
  3. Roast nicely on slow flame..
  4. Keep aside in same bowl with roasted seeds.Deseed dates and chop roughly.Chop Gur in small pieces..
  5. Now crush all in mixie.Add nut seed mixture,roasted Oats,gur,peanut butter, ghee,roasted coconut..
  6. Crush in mixer till nicely crushed.REMOVE ON A PLATE..
  7. Make balls of this, applying little ghee on hands..
  8. Ready to serve cold or at room temperature.Roll in coconut add rose petals on top..
